In our first session together, I will gather a biopsychosocial history of what brings you to therapy, help you set goals that align with what is important for you to work on, and offer clinical insights about problems and a treatment plan.

Individual Psychotherapy

After our first session, we will decide together if we need to meet weekly, every other week, or less often for individual therapy sessions.

Parent-Child Psychotherapy

I provide joint sessions for adolescents and their parents or other supports to establish and enhance trust, build and practice communication skills, and create a collaborative and supportive team.
